Reset wanted to reach more people and win new clients. We made a brand film plus a video for each service. The goal was to make Reset Canberra’s first choice for recovery and performance. Reset offers high-performance recovery services and 24/7 gym access. The videos had to show both the team’s expertise and the centre’s welcoming feel. People should understand what Reset does and how it feels to train and recover there.
The Challenge
Showing Many Services in One Film
Reset offers massage therapy, ice baths, infrared saunas, cryotherapy, a 24/7 gym and more, all in the one centre. We had to show it all in one clear film, and also make a separate video for each service.
Done Within One Month
The project required a full suite of videos, reels, photos, and testimonials, all turned around within one month - with minimal disruption to client sessions and service delivery.
Tone Balance
The videos had to feel expert and science-based, but also friendly and welcoming. They had to appeal to elite athletes and everyday clients.
