The Campaign
New Lane Projects didn't want a standard "after" shoot. They wanted a complete visual record of the Nicholls renovation - from original condition, through active construction, to the final reveal. The goal was to produce content that could live on their website, go into client proposals, and perform consistently on social media as proof of what working with them actually looks like.
That's a different kind of brief. It takes planning, coordination, and a clear visual strategy from session one - not just a polished camera on completion day.

Studio Who worked with the New Lane Projects team to build a shoot schedule aligned to the key milestones of the renovation. Session one captured the property in its original state with clean, consistent framing. Session two documented the active construction phase - structural changes, trades on site, and aerial shots showing the layout evolving. Session three delivered polished, finished imagery using the same framing as session one, so every comparison cuts with immediate impact. In post, we produced a cinematic recap film, 30+ graded stills, and before-and-after layouts ready for website, proposals, and social.
