K Property is a family-run commercial real estate agency that has operated in Canberra since the 1990s. They engaged Studio Who to create a 3-4 minute brand film that showcased their professional reputation, family dynamic, and connection to the Canberra business community. The goal was a story-driven video that balanced legacy with a forward-facing tone - positioning K Property as both approachable and experienced.

We worked with Armin and the K Property team to plan the video. It opens with a light-hearted black-and-white blooper reel so viewers feel relaxed. Then it moves to polished, heartfelt scenes of the team’s work and community ties. Behind-the-scenes footage, candid team interactions, and real client moments gave the film an authenticity that a script alone couldn't achieve. We filmed at the K Property office and at local cafes to show their links with the community.
