Five videos from two clinics that help patients trust Flexout Health
Flexout Health asked Studio Who to make short videos featuring their real clinicians at work. The videos were made for Instagram Reels, Facebook and TikTok.

Flexout Health is one of the ACT's leading allied health providers - with over 70 staff across multiple clinics offering physiotherapy, hand therapy, and exercise physiology. They wanted social media videos that show the warmth, skill and personal care of their team. The videos couldn’t look like a hospital brochure.
The brief called for five short-form vertical videos (15-60 seconds each) that could work across Instagram Reels, Facebook, and TikTok. Each video had to focus on people and services, and make viewers stop and watch.
The Challenge
- Allied health is a competitive category online. Generic stock-style videos get ignored. The content needed to communicate real expertise through real people.
- Physiotherapy, hand therapy, and exercise physiology each serve different patients. The videos had to show each service on its own while still looking like one brand.
- Every video had to suit Reels, TikTok and Facebook. That meant vertical format, a quick start and captions so it works without sound.

Studio Who managed the production from brief to delivery - including pre-production planning, shot scheduling, on-site direction, and post-production editing. We filmed at Flexout Health’s Gungahlin and Woden clinics over one full day. We captured real moments between patients and clinicians at both sites. In the edit, we added subtle branding, royalty-free music and on-screen text. This helps each video suit vertical platforms and keeps the warmth of the original footage.
